In Classic UI, Formula attributes and Lookup number attributes do not display the Oracle color correctly, although green and other colors show up properly. In the New UI, the color displays as expected.
Steps to Reproduce:
Scenario1 (Formula attribute):
- Login to Classic UI and navigate to Administration -> Studio -> Objects.
- Filter for Risk Object and navigate to attributes tab.
- Create a new attribute of Data Type 'Number' and name it as A1. Enable the API Attribute ID.
- Create another attribute of Data Type 'Formula' and name it as A2. Enable the API Attribute ID.
- On Attribute A2, in the Build Weighted Average Formula select the attribute created in Step3 (A1) with weighting as 1.
- On Attribute A2, configure the Display Mapping as shown in below image.
- Configure the A2 field Display Type to show Image and Range Description from the Views tab properties category.
- Navigate to Home -> Portfolio Management -> Projects -> Open a Project -> Click ON Risk/Issues/Changes Tab.
- Select the value for A1 field as 3.
Expected Results:
A2 field on Risks should Display Orange color with Description.
Actual Results:
Orange color is not displayed, only the description is visible.
Scenario2 (Lookup Number attribute):
- Login to Classic UI and navigate to Administration -> Studio -> Objects.
- Filter for Risk Object and navigate to attributes tab.
- Select the Probability attribute.
- Configure the Display Mapping as shown in below image.
- Configure the Probability field Display Type to show Image and Range Description from the Views tab properties category.
- Navigate to Home -> Portfolio Management -> Projects -> Open a Project -> Click ON Risk/Issues/Changes Tab.
- Click on Probability field and select the value as 'Medium'.
Expected Results:
Probability field on Risks should Display Orange color with Description.
Actual Results:
Error is displayed with message [en - Error occurred, please contact system administrator].
Workaround:
Use a different color in Display Mapping instead of Orange color.
