Working with the product customization: 

TSO EX HLQ.MAT.CEESCLS0(TRCUST)

Got an error message: 

DATA SET HLQ.MAT.CEESCLS0.CLIST NOT IN CATALOG OR CATALOG CAN NOT BE ACCESSED

Why is the CLIST TRCUST attempted to find that dataset?

Resolution

The TSO EXECUTE command was incomplete; the required parameter PREFIX(&hlq) was missing.

Note that the full command is EX '&hlq.CEESCLS0(TRCUST)' 'PREFIX(&hlq)'
