Issue/Introduction
Large files experience checksum mismatch after SCP copy between guests when one of the guests is running Cent OS 9
The small file copies fine but the issue is noticed only with the larger capacity files.
Environment
vSphere 7.0 U3
vSAN
Cause
The Cent OS 9 is not tested and a supported Guest OS.
Note : CentOS 9 is not on the VMware Compatibility list
Resolution
There is no testing done, and this CentOS 9 is not supported as it is not on the VMware Compatibility list.
Recommendation is to use the supported Operating systems and versions.
