Resource Management reports return blank

Issue/Introduction

You are running different reports under the Resource Management domain for allocation, availability, etc. but you receive no results back

You know there is data in the DWH by querying the database but the data does not appear on the reports

Cause

Include weekly period data and Include Monthly period data are not checked under System options.

Resolution

1. Go to Administration>>General Settings>>System Options
2. Under Data Warehouse options, check 
3. Include weekly period data
4. Include Monthly period data
5. Save and return
6. Let the Time Slice job run
7. Run the Full Load Data Warehouse job
