Aria Orchestrator workflow runs (Historical workflow runs) shows empty in the Dashboard after reconfiguring Authentication Provider from control center

Issue/Introduction

You register the Aria Orchestrator server with a vCenter Single Sign-On server by using the vSphere authentication mode, If this as been reset for any reason the Historical run workflow in the Dashboard page will show empty

Environment

VMware Aria Automation 8.x
VMware Aria Orchestrator 8.x 

Cause

Once the Auth is reconfigured from control center by default the Admin groups will be empty and as a result Dashboard Page will show empty

Resolution

  1. Login to Aria Orchestrator control center and navigate to "Configure Authentication Provider"
  2. Make sure you to Add Admin Group and click save changes
  3. Now it should populate all the old vRO workflow runs
