Issue/Introduction

Trying to retrieve list of tunnel domain using rest api OR modifiying existing tunnel domains with ATM advanced returns status code 403 forbidden message

 

Example:

 curl -X GET https://apiusername:[email protected]/api/rest/tunnel/domains

 

Error returned:

{"statusCode":403,"statusMessage":"Forbidden","message":"Use the Cloud SWG Agent Traffic Manager Portal UI to manage tunnel domains."}

Cause

This is working as design after Cloud SWG portal update on July 21, 2024.  Customers with ATM advanced provisioned tenants can now view and update always tunnel domains/ips managed within the Cloud SWG Portal UI. 

 

 

Resolution

Use new Cloud SWG portal UI "Always Intercept Rules" to review and update always tunnel domains/ips.  See Screenshot below of new UI "Always Intercept Rules"
