Thread history for Static SQL not showing up

Issue/Introduction

The R/HTIDBSUM screen displays this message                                                    
                                                              
"There is no SYSVIEW for DB2 accounting record for this data"

when trying to display the Static SQL for a Thread. 

Environment

Z/OS DB2 V13 and DB2 V12

Cause

Multi Threaded DB2 query

Resolution

The DB2 query is Multi threaded and the STATIC SQL details are displayed in the parent thread.
