Async Patch tool failing upgrading vCenter when performing pre-checks on NSX-T

Issue/Introduction

Error applying vCenter 7.0 U3r patch using async patch tool

Cause

Output from Async Patch tool when it fails:

Resolution

Reboot all of the NSX-T Managers for each affected domain mentioned in the error.

Once all Nodes are rebooted, attempt the Async Patch Tool again.
