Issue/Introduction

Attempting to upgrade the vCenter appliance fails with a timeout error.

We do not see the task hitting the host/vCenter

Cause

Internal Antivirus enabled on the machine where the installer is running from prevents communication with the Source vCenter/ESXi host

Resolution

Disable the AntiVirus
