Finding extra user group assigned to new project

Issue/Introduction
After creating a new project from a lifecycle template we find that there is a permission issue that shows another group from a different project is able to view update and access in this project. I tried deleting that group, but it keeps coming back. I will need help with this part.
Environment
Harvest Software Change Manager all versions
Cause
We looked at the Lifecycle Template from which the new project had been created and found the user group had been added to various access lists here. So, when the template was copied to create the new project, the extra user group was automatically included with the rest of the project details.
Resolution
First remove the extra user group from the access lists in the Lifecycle Template to prevent the same problem from happening in the future. Then, delete the user group from the access lists new project.
