Issue/Introduction

We are using version (14.4.1 hotfix 2, non vApp). On our prod site, we have directory management endpoints. When Accessing "Manage (endpoint here)" There is an error before inputting anything which is, "The default user defined for this task does not exist." Inputting known endpoints does not pull any data, and the error persists. The server logs aren't picking up anything when inputting endpoints. 

Resolution

The issue has been resolved, it seems our windows services were down. They have been brought back up.
