Issue/Introduction

Processes fail with the following error message

Error: Connection reset and Read Timeout

Scenario under consideration:

• Multiple App servers deployed
• Load balancer deployed to split the workload between these app servers
• BG server deployed that handles Processes
• The Processes use Gel Scripts that access LB URL

Resolution

Issue with the Load Balancer. Collaborate with the LB team.

To confirm, use App server URLs directly (instead of the LB URL), in Process Gel Scripts.
