Issue/Introduction
Able to create tickets in Service Point with inactive categories if the link is bookmarked.
Steps:
- In Service Point create a ticket with any category ex: Applications
- Save the bookmark link in the browser.
- Now inactivate the Category Applications in the Service Desk.
- Login to Service Point and see that the Application category is not visible.
- However, if you click on the bookmark link can create a ticket with an inactive category.

Resolution
The fix to address this issue will be part of 17.4 RU3.
