Issue/Introduction

Able to create tickets in Service Point with inactive categories if the link is bookmarked.

Steps:

  • In Service Point create a ticket with any category ex: Applications
  • Save the bookmark link in the browser.
  • Now inactivate the Category Applications in the Service Desk.
  • Login to Service Point and see that the Application category is not visible.
  • However, if you click on the bookmark link can create a ticket with an inactive category.
