Issue/Introduction

  1. Bringup fails during "Enable vSphere DRS" task.
  2. The following error can be seen in vcf-bringup-debug.log:

Caused by: com.vmware.vim.binding.vmodl.fault.NotEnoughLicenses: License not available to perform the operation.

Cause

License Service in the vCenter is still not UP and RUNNING when Bringup is trying to make write operations which require a valid license

Resolution

This will be fixed in a later release.

To workaround this issue, please wait some time, approx 5 minutes, then retry.
