Question:

 Where do I find the PSM - Product/Platform Support Matrix for Application Server Agents?

Answer: 

We can do in two different ways.

Option #1:

1: log into https://support.ca.com

2: Click on "Knowledge center".

3: click on "product pages"

4:click on "Support By Product"

5: Select "CA SiteMinder" listed under "Product Specific Support".

6: click on "Support for SiteMinder" "Choose a Topic"

7: Select on "Platform Support Matrices" 

8: scroll until you see the version you are seeking.

 Option #2:

1: log into https://support.ca.com

2: Click on "Knowledge center".

3: click on "product pages"

4:click on "Support By Product"

5: type in "CA Single" it will auto fill "CA Single Sign-On"; hit enter

6: On Search Box "platform Support Matrices"

7: click on "SiteMinder platform support matrix for all SiteMinder components" 

8: scroll until you see the version you are seeking.
