After applying RU2, the new lines in the maileater body are not copied as single line in the description of the ticket
Steps:
1. Send a mail in plain text with multiple lines as below:
2. Once the ticket is created all lines will be together as below:
Service Desk Manager 17.4 RU2
The mandatory test fixes that are available post RU2 can be applied which will address the given behavior.
