How to delete the stuck Import/Export from Identity Governance Workflow

Issue/Introduction

This article describe how to delete stuck Import/Export workflow item from the Identity Governance Workflow

Environment

Identity Governance 14.x

Resolution

- Open IG console.

- From Administration > Settings > Property Settings

- In Filter field, type the string below and click Apply Filter button

com.ca.internal.purge.importExportCorrelation.allowPurgeAll

- Edit the property and If the value is false, change it to true

- Change the Type from "Home Directory Property" to "Database Property" and click Save button

 

- Now, we can select several Import/Export workflow to purge

- menu Administration > Settings > Purge Data

- From Purge Type, select "By Document", click Next button

 

- From "Document Type" select "Import/Export/Correlation Process", click Next

 

- You will see the list of all Import and Export

- You can select multiples by holding SHIFT or CTRL key and mouse click or Up/Down arrow keys, click Next button

 

- In the Documents Types you will see the list you selected before.

- Click Purge button to remove them.

 

Note: If there are many process to remove, do NOT select all since this will impact the Database, you can select 10 for testing and check the time it takes to delete them.
