Trying to run IVPUPG01 gets this message:

+IGZ0096I MESSAGE TEXT FOR MESSAGE IGZEDCM  WAS INACCESSIBLE TO IGZEWTO

Environment

Release: All supported releases.

Resolution

The step that executes the program DBSPCPR, COBSAMPG, needed the CEE.SCEERUN loadlib hard coded in the STEPLIB. It was not in the LINKLIST
