HCX - Migration validation warning "Virtual machine <vm-name> has CBT (Change Block tracking) enabled"

Issue/Introduction

From the HCX Manager UI -> Migration, the following message/warning will be displayed when you attempt to perform a validation or during migration:
Virtual machine <vm-name> has CBT (Change Block tracking) enabled. CBT will be disabled and FSR (Fast Suspend Resume) invoked on the virtual machine if you proceed with migration.

It is an expected behavior with HCX

Resolution

Virtual Machines with Change Block Tracking (CBT) can be migrated to the destination, but HCX deactivates CBT on the VM.

You can also disable CBT on VM at source and then use HCX Migration. Check Enabling or disabling CBT.
