Issue/Introduction

It is observed that time is reported on a Project that is not open for time entry, and whose tasks are also closed for time entry.

Resolution

Time reported on these tasks and project before they were closed for time entry. Timesheet filled in advance for a few weeks, might result in an observation like this.
