Failed to get VMware Chargeback endpoint!! Looks like Backend Extension Service not responding

Issue/Introduction

Aria Operations Chargeback screen is black with error "Failed to get VMware Chargeback endpoint!! Looks like Backend Extension Service not responding".

Environment

• Aria Operations 8.16.x
• VMware Cloud Director 10.5.x

Cause

Chargeback is unable to reach the VMware Cloud Director cells. 

Resolution

Restart the VMware Cloud Director virtual machines in vCenter. If virtual machines or vApps are not loading in Chargeback, remove and add the VMware Cloud Director adapter in Aria Operations.
