Issue/Introduction

During a filecopy pgm the following message is displayed :

CTC5060I Reflector spot sensed on input tape vvvvv . 

Resolution

This message is simply an over-flow issue where the block-count is so large (because of a combination of the large capacity virtual-volume and very high compression) and the large block-count basically over-flows and ends of turning on the “reflector” indicator.

 This message can be ignored.
