VCF 5.0 cant be deployed with core based license keys

Issue/Introduction

VCF Bringup will fail with an error message "invalid licensekeys".

Environment

VCF 5.0

Cause

There were no core based licensing support in 5.0. As part of 5.1, VCF started supporting core based ones adding additional DLFs.

Resolution

This is fixed in VCF 5.1.

Customer need to use any valid CPU package based license keys for bringing up management domain on VCF 5.0.
