Issue/Introduction

When the a user logs into the MUX for the first time in a session, when they open a project frome Project Tiles workspace, the breadcrumb 'Project' is not displayed in the top left of the page. 
This only seems to occur after the initial login to Clarity. Subsequent opening of the Project from the tile will display the breadcrumb.
Doesn't seem to occur when the project is opened from the grid.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to Clarity MUX
2. Go to Project Tiles page
3. Click on a Project to open it.

Expected Results:
Project is opened and breadcrumb 'Project' is displayed in top left page allowing the user to navigate back to Project Tiles.

Actual Results:
Project is opened but breadcrumb 'Project' is not displayed

Workaround: 
Close project and open from tile again.

Clarity 16.2.2.

A fix for this issue will be included in the Clarity 16.2.3 release.
