CIT Task/Assigned Resources lookup is blank

Issue/Introduction

 If a user has access to a CIT and has the Global Rights (for the CIT) Task Management - All they are not able to assign resources from the task page on the CIT.  They can however assign the resources from the task details flyout / assignments. 

Cause

• STR:

  1. As admin create a CIT and assign some resources (my example is CIT1)

  2. Assign these rights to a resource   - Note that  CIT1 is the CIT for this example

  •        Account Settings - Navigate
  •       Custom Investment - Navigate
  •       Knowledge Store - Access
  •       Knowledge Store - View All
  •       CIT1 - Edit All
  •       CIT1 - Navigate
  •       CIT1 - Task Management - All
  •       CIT1 - View All
  •       Menu Links - Navigate
  •       Menu Links - View - All
  •       Organizer - Access
  •       Project - View Tasks - All
  •       Resource - Edit - All
  •       Resource - Hard Book - All
  •       Resource - Navigate
  •       Resource - Soft Book - All
  •       Resource - View - All
  •       Resource Management - Navigate

   

  3. Log in as that resource and navigate to the CIT.

     - Make sure that the Tasks module is available on the blueprint

     

  4. Go to the Tasks Grid   

     

  5. Add Assigned Resources as a column on the grid   

   

  6. Click on this field to choose resources

   

  Expected Result:  Resource List Shows

   

  Actual Result: No Records are returned

   

  Workaround:  Go to the task's details flyout and assign resources there.
