We are unable to access the ConnectALL dashboard or automations screen

Issue/Introduction

We are unable access the below link for the ConnectALL portal to see dashboards and automation lists. Nothing returns when we try to access the following link:

http://<Server>:8080/ConnectAll

 

Resolution

Restarting the services fixed this issue.  Here is a link with details on how to do this:
