Cannot update text attribute sysLocation in Spectrum device models

Issue/Introduction

The following error is generated when an attempt is made to update SysLocation attribute on any device model in Spectrum. 

SPC-OCC-11818: Model Write Failed:
SPC-OCC-11736: An Uknown Failure occurred.

Environment

DX NetOps Spectrum 22.2.x and 23.3.x

Cause

R/W permission on the device(SNMP community string) is needed to update the SysLocation attribute in Spectrum.

Resolution

When Spectrum updates the sysLocation attribute, it will also update the device value. Therefore, R/W permission is needed on the device SNMP Community String.
