Environment

Cause

• The upgrade failure is attributed to an unsupported package installed on the VMware Aria Automation appliance: net-snmp-5.8-11.ph3.x86_64
• The VAMI (vCenter Server Appliance Management Interface) update fails during RPM installation tests due to missing dependencies for the net-snmp package

Resolution

Remove Unsupported Package:

• Uninstall the net-snmp-5.8-11.ph3.x86_64 package and any other manually installed additional RPMs that may cause conflicts
