Logmon MCS template does not contain ISO-8895-15 in the list of available encodings

Issue/Introduction

From the list of encodings, the ISO-8895-15 encoding is missing. Looking at the IM and AC configuration it is listed.

Resolution

This will be added in the next logmon version after 4.22
