RA.JMS 2.2.6 does not display RA panels in AWI - Error installing bundle ECC-AE-SHEET-RA-JMS

Issue/Introduction

When opening an RA.JMS job the RA-specific panels are not displayed: As a consequence JMS jobs cannot be modified.

The following error can be found in the AWI log:
