SXP Packager - The system state could not be saved

Issue/Introduction

When creating a new SXP Package, following error occurs during "Saving System State" phase :

The system state could not be saved.
The operation is stopped.

In DSM\Bin\trace\trace.txt we could see this :

Environment

Client Automation SXP Packager 14.5 + 99111840 + T533375

Resolution

Install the patch 99112148 on SXP Packager machine

Windows 11 23H2/Windows Server 2022 Packager Certification - Packager Patch
 

Additional Information

Workaround :

If patch 99112148 could not be applied immediately following workaround could be used before installing the patch.

Create the registry key REG_SZ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\GinaDll with test.dll as value
