Upgrade Request Status Shows "In Progress" but All Steps Have Completed

Issue/Introduction

In Aria Lifecycle Suite when upgrading Aria Operations, the upgrade Request Status shows "In Progress" but all steps and the upgrade have been completed. With the Request In Progress, you are not able to do an inventory sync. 

Environment

• Aria Suite Lifecycle 8.16

• Aria Operations 8.17.1

Resolution

Select the ellipsis to the right of In Progress and select Cancel. The Upgrade Request will cancel and you will now be able to do an inventory sync. If the Upgrade Request does not cancel, proceed with KB 322700.
