Issue/Introduction

Title: Recommended action on edge cluster member relocate and remove failure alarm
Event ID: edge_cluster.edge_cluster_member_relocate_failure

Alarm Description:

• Purpose: To inform that the edge cluster member cannot be removed as the edge cluster does not have sufficient resources to relocate the logical networks hosted in the edge getting removed.
• Impact: If the edge is defunct, then on a failover if this is the only edge hosting the standby instance, then the data path will have a complete outage.

Steps to Resolve
For 4.0.0 and higher

Recommended Action:

Review the available capacity for the Edge cluster. If more capacity is required, scale your Edge cluster. Retry the relocate Edge cluster member and remove operation.
