Resolution

The warning is referring to a missing certificate. There was a new certificate created since the original one has expired.

Check under the IIS Manager on the Notification Server or Site Server with the warning:

  1. Expand the server > sites in the 'Connections' pane and select 'Default Web Site'
  2. Go to  'Bindings' in the 'Actions' pane on the left and select Port 443 binding.
  3. Make sure there is a valid certificate selected/bound.

Note:
You may also get this warning if you have selected to use HTTPS, there is a binding created for port 443 but there is not a certificate selected. Make sure to add one.
