Post download of setupuimserver and ocinstaller rt-click Run as Administrator fails

Issue/Introduction

After downloading setupuimserver and ocinstaller executables rt-click "Run as administrator" fails and the blue icon keeps spinning then disappears and the InstallAnywhere application never opens.

This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer.

Environment

• Upgrade from DX UIM 23.4 to 23.4 CU1
• Windows 2016 Datacenter

Cause

• Windows Security

Resolution

1. Select the installer file

2. Click the General Tab

3. Select the box for Unblock

4. Click Ok and the installer will start shortly
