Remove Dashboard Designer row limits

Issue/Introduction

In the Dashboard Designer List Widget properties, there is a space for row limit but the maximum value appears to be 999.  If I put a higher number it reverts back to 999.  Can this be overridden?

In DX UIM/Operator Console 23.4.1 and prior, this is a hardcoded limit.

From DX UIM 23.4.2 forward there is a Raw Configure option available on the wasp probe to set any desired limit.

This option can be found under webapps->dashboard and the key is list_row_limit(default value 999).
