My Timesheet - Hyperlink to Task Does Not Go To Selected Task Properties

Issue/Introduction

As per the documentation, the link to the Task Name does not navigate to the Task Properties, but rather the Task List.

Even though the Feature Toggle is enabled by default: (Timesheet Improvements to the Time Period Carousel, Hyperlinking, Search and Notes & Timesheet Accessibility Improvements)
clicking on the link does not route the user to the specified Task Properties, but only to the task list.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Upgrade to 16.2.2
2. Go to Modern > Administration > Feature Toggles  and confirm the feature is enabled.

3. Go to a timesheet and click on a specific Task Name

Expected: Specific Task Properties page should be presented 
Actual: Only the investment task list page is presented

Resolution

The toggle needs to be on for the 'Enable Properties Navigation' in the Administration > Project blueprint > Task module.
