TDM: Variables parameters not allowing special characters

Issue/Introduction

Want to use generation variables default value to specify a default date format. But, default value does not accept some characters like hyphen, slash and semi-column

Because date and time format uses these specials characters, not able to specify YYYY-MM-DD as a default value.

TDM Portal 4.11.86.0

Cause

Product limitation.

Resolution

Patch TDMWeb-4.11.97.0.zip and TDM_Portal_docker-4.11.97.0.tgz and later resolves this issue.
