Unable to see alerts in VMware Chargeback triggered in Aria Operations

Issue/Introduction

This article provides information to workaround how to view triggered alerts in  Aria Operations in Chargeback.

Environment

VMware Aria Operations 8.x

Resolution

There is not a resolution for this.

This workaround works only for the integrated Chargeback

1. In Aria Operations go to Troubleshoot > Alerts  > Select the desired alert that needs to be seen in Chargeback.
2. On the right side of the  menu,  select the icon filter
3. Click view more filters.
4. Check the option called "For VCD tenants"

This procedure can be done for each alert that needs to be seen in Chargeback.
