Error loading a SSMV3 resource: AOF RC=32

Issue/Introduction

Trying to load a resource from SSMV3 Policy Manager panel and getting the following error:

AOF RC=32 Unable to create dynamic rule for TYPE(MSG) ID(XXXXXX) TEXT()

Cause

SSMV3 tries to enable a dynamic rule using the ADDRESS AOF command environment.
The RC=32 of the ADDRESS AOF ENABLE command means:

The authorization exit rejected the AOF command.

Resolution

Review the security rules and possibly the external security settings to give permission to the userid that is attempting to load the resource.
