Date field in Conditional Formatting goes out of place

Issue/Introduction

In Conditional Formatting, when the Date field when dragged a bit, it goes out of place. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to a Clarity machine and navigate to MUX - Project
2. Click on COnditional Formatting
3. Add Condition
4. Add any date field like Start or Finish
5. When the date picker comes up, drag a little bit down 

Expected: The date picker stays in the same place and the page is not frozen
Actual: The date picker window goes to the bottom of the page and the page is frozen. 

Workaround: Cancel the Conditional Formatting page and start again
