Issue/Introduction

Need to transfer files for Broadcom Professional Service. 

Environment

DX SaaS 

Cause

Secure way to transfer Broadcom Product related files

Resolution

Open a support case with the subject "File Transfer case" 

Attach the files.

When the case is no longer needed, update the case for closure. 

Broadcom Support will close the case. 

Note: The attached files will be removed from the ftp site after 30 days of closure.
