Rally relabeling Projects, Iterations and/or Releases in a Workspace is not reflecting or is applied to a different workspace.

Issue/Introduction

Customers who switch between multiple workspaces in a single subscription may notice that any customized Project, Iteration and Release labels for the workspace temporarily may not reflect properly when switching between workspaces in a subscription.  

Environment

In a subscription with multiple workspaces with different Project, Iteration and/or Release labels, a customer who switches frequently between workspaces in the same browser session may notice that the workspace specific labels may not immediately refresh.  

Cause

This is caused by temporary caching of the Workspace labels (Project/s, Iterations/s, Release/s).   

Resolution

The inconsistency is temporary and should resolve after adequate refreshing. Workarounds include: 

• Refresh a few times to see the appropriate labels for the workspace 
• Use different browsers or sessions to work in different workspaces.
