SMF 15 type records written when a XCOM transfer is performed

Issue/Introduction

Performed an XCOM transfer and it seems like SMF 15 type records are not written causing jobs not to be triggered from JOBTRAC..

Environment

XCOM Data Transport r12.0 for z/OS

Resolution

XCOM does not have any control over SMF 15 type records. These records are produced/written when a dataset is closed or goes to the next volume. 

If the XCOM transfer successfully completes and it creates or replaces a dataset, then a SMF 15 type record should be written.
