Users are not getting registered automaticaly on Windows 11 23 H2

Environment

SEE 12.0

Cause

Registration is failing due to stale User cache detected error and Password notification is also not being sent

Resolution

This issue has been fixed in SEE_12.0.1_HF1 (Hotfix )
