Issue/Introduction

Users are not getting registered automatically on Windows 11 23H2

Environment

SEE 12.0

Cause

Registration is failing due to "Stale user cache detected" error in the SEE client logs.

Resolution

This issue has been fixed in SEE 12.0.1 HF1 and later. It is recommended to update to the latest version to remediate.
