Web Service execution may not be enabled for the Bulk Loader task

Issue/Introduction

A bulk loader task that runs once per week is failing with this error "Web Service execution may not be enabled for the Bulk Loader task."

 

In the management console under Advanced Settings > Web Services it appears to be configured correctly:

Is there something else that needs to be configured to ensure sure the web service is enabled? 

Resolution

In addition to the environment-wide web services configuration in the management console, each task accessed via TEWS must also be enabled. In the example below, if your TEWS task accesses Create User you need to select the "Enable Web Services" option in the task's configuration screen.Roles and Tasks > Modify Admin Tasks > search for and select your task > ensure Enable Web Services is checked.Then save/submit.
