Failed to add QOS to PRD as contact user

Issue/Introduction

Getting {"statusCode":500,"statusPhrase":"Internal Server Error","error":"No entry present in s_qos_data for given r_table and table_id"} in Chrome developer tools when using a contact user that has access to an origin where the origin was defined on the controller on the robots that they have access to.
