Some users are not able to signon to Topology

Issue/Introduction

Although Topology is working for some users there is a group that is not able to signon / logon to the Web application.

Some error messages from the log:

https-jsse-nio-10060-exec-3¨ DEBUG org.springframework.web.servlet.resource.ResourceHttpRequestHandler - Resource not Found 
https-jsse-nio-10060-exec-3¨ DEBUG org.springframework.web.servlet.DispatcherServlet - Completed 404 NOT_FOUND

Cause

Missing OMVS segment in the security profile of the userids in the external security package (Top Secret, ACF2, RACF)

Resolution

The security administrator must add an OMVS segment to the profile of the users that need to log on to Topology
