Clarity Upgrade fails with error:

Cause

This is due to database customizations that are not removed from the database before starting the upgrade

Resolution

• All database customizations have to be removed from the Clarity and DWH database before starting the upgrade
• Follow our best practices for database customizations to have a successful upgrade
