Clarity Timesheets throws error when filtering for resource ID

Issue/Introduction

Clarity Modern (New) UX Timesheets view gives an error "could not load rows" when selecting Resource ID in the filter.

Environment

Clarity 16.2.2 Modern UX

Cause

Tried the direct server URL where the timesheet filter was noted to be working as expected, and on the same environment when accessed via the LB entry URL the requests were rejected. 

Findings from the browser trace (HAR) show the rest calls were rejected outside the clarity code.

Resolution

Load balancer configuration missing a rule and was sorted out.
